GROUP RATES:
Please ask for the Colorado Livestock Association Group Rate when booking.
Rates are valid for single or double occupancy. Kids in the room with parents, up to 17 years of age, are free. Guests 18 years and older for triple or quadruple occupancy in a room will incur $35 per person, per night, per room + tax in addition.

Group Rate is $149.00, plus a $29.00 resort fee*, per room, per night, plus tax.
*Resort fee includes unlimited local and toll-free phone calls; In-room coffee service; (2) Bottled Waters per day; Use of fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool spa; In-room Safe and Concierge Services. Extended Check-out time of 12:00 noon is also included.

Group Rates apply Sunday, July 14, Monday, July 15, Tuesday, July 16, Wednesday, July 17, Thursday, July 18 @ $149+ per night.
Additional Night Rates prior to event: Friday, July 12 - $299; Saturday, July 13 - $329.00.
Additional Night Rates after the event: Wednesday, July 17 - $149.00; Thursday, July 18 - $149.00, Friday, July 19 - $309.00 and Saturday, July 20 - $339.00.

Room Block cut-off date: Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Please make your reservations before June 28 at 5:00 p.m. Hotel will accept reservations for rooms after the cut-off date, subject to availability and charged at the prevailing Best Available Rate.
Credit Card Payment: Room confirmation/guarantee will require the first night’s contracted room rate and applicable taxes and fees. Major credit cards are accepted.
Refunds will be issued on individual reservations cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance of the arrival date.
