The Colorado Livestock Association proudly congratulates Kent Bamford of Bamford Feedyard in Haxtun on his induction into the Cattle Feeders Hall of Fame.

Kent, along with fellow honorees, was recognized at the 17th annual banquet on February 4, 2026, during the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s CattleCon in Nashville, Tennessee.

A Past President of CLA, Kent’s lifelong dedication to the cattle industry exemplifies the very best of Colorado agriculture. From growing Bamford Feedyard from a small operation into a 15,000-head-capacity enterprise and expanding into diversified farming and trucking businesses, to serving in numerous leadership roles at the state and national levels, Kent’s perseverance, integrity, and vision have left a lasting mark on the industry.

CLA celebrates this well-deserved recognition and extends its sincere gratitude to Kent for his leadership, service, and enduring impact on both the Colorado Livestock Association and the cattle feeding community.

Established in 2009, the Cattle Feeders Hall of Fame honors visionary men and women whose contributions have shaped and strengthened the cattle-feeding industry.
