Colorado Notice to Employer of Injury Poster updated August 10, 2022

House Bill 22-1112 “Workers’ Compensation Injury Notices” modified the content for the mandatory Notice to Employer of Injury Poster. The new poster, which measures 27″ wide by 40″ high, must be posted by August 10, 2022. Employers are required to hang this in a conspicuous location on all work sites. Page 2 (the black and white English version) is the only version required to be posted. Spanish and color versions are included.

This poster replaces sections of the poster that Colorado Livestock Association provided in June of 2022. The Notice to Employer of Injury Poster needs to be placed next to your existing posters to stay in compliance. CLA has the new Notice to Employer of Injury posters printed in both English and Spanish and they are available to all members.

Please contact the office to request the most current version of the labor postings at (970) 378-0500 or by email at jlundwall@coloradolivestock.org.
